Information we process
Search terms and locations are used to answer your request. We do not create visitor accounts or maintain search histories. Our hosting infrastructure may record standard access logs such as IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps for reliability and security.
If you submit a suggestion, correction, or contact form, we store your message and any name or email you choose to provide. These details are used to review your request and, where appropriate, reply. They are not automatically displayed publicly.
Security and preferences
We use short-lived, keyed hashes of client network identifiers to limit abusive requests. Expired rate-limit records are removed by scheduled maintenance. Your light or dark display preference is saved in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Retention and your choices
Feedback is retained while under review. Resolved feedback is scheduled for deletion after 180 days. You can request correction or deletion of submitted personal information through the contact form. Hosting access-log retention is controlled by the operator.
External websites and business data
Supplier links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Public business contact information may be included in directory records. Use the report link on a supplier profile to request review.
Policy changes
